Testimonials

If you're looking for a realtor who communicates clearly, follows through, pays attention to detail, gives honest advice, and genuinely cares about the people she represents, I cannot recommend Dawn highly enough. She has absolutely earned our trust and recommendation! What we appreciated most about working with Dawn was that she was always timely and efficient, but we never felt rushed. She was genuinely present in our conversations, listened to our concerns, and gave us the time and attention we needed to feel comfortable with our decisions. She consistently met deadlines and followed through on commitments, even during Hurricane Isaias!

Dawn went above and beyond helping me get my home.

Very dedicated to helping you find your dream home & making your life easier. 10/10 recommend!! Such a sweet soul!

Dawn Guille is a great realtor she has gone above and beyond my expertise. She is extremely knowledgeable about the local market. She is very helping and caring. I appreciate everything she has done for me. Thanks for everything.

I listed our home with Dawn, and she had the listing up the next day with 2 offers! She walked us through each step carefully. If you have never sold a home, Dawn will make you feel comfortable with her knowledge of regulations and expertise in negotiations. Levin Rinke is a company that has your back, and Dawn has a networking family that is there to support our needs. Thank you Dawn!
